维生素E对老年雌性大鼠血清雌二醇及心肌细胞Bcl-2的影响

摘　　要：目的以自然衰老的雌性大鼠为模型,探讨维生素E(VE)对心肌细胞保护作用的机制。方法以注射植物油的老年大鼠为对照,给予低、中、高剂量组(5、15、60 mg/kg)模型大鼠经腹腔注射VE注射液,连续注射9周,放免法检测血清雌二醇(E2)水平,免疫组化法观察心肌Bcl-2的表达。结果各VE实验组E2水平均高于老年对照组,Bcl-2的表达在中、大剂量明显高于对照组。结论VE可通过增加血清中的E2含量,增加心肌细胞Bcl-2的表达数量,减少心肌细胞的损伤,对心肌细胞起到保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of VE on cardiocytes,using female natural aged rats as models.Methods Vegetable oil was injected to the aged rats as the negative control group and different dosages of VE(5 mg/kg,15 mg/kg and 60 mg/kg)were injected to the model rats(n=8)for successive 9 weeks as experiments group.Serum estradiol were determined and immunohistochemistry was employed to observe the Bcl-2 expression.Results Compared with the negative control group,the serum estradio and cardiocytes Bcl-2 expression in the experiment group increased.Conclusion VE could decrease damage of cardiocytes and protect cardiocytes through increasing the estradio contents in serum as well as cardiocytes Bcl-2 quantity.
