摘　　要：目的探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的保健品对超重辐射大鼠血清抑制羟自由基的能力。方法大鼠复制超重辐射模型,用林蛙油为主要成分的保健品进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清抑制羟自由基能力。结果超重辐射协同作用,可导致大鼠血清抑制羟自由基能力增强。结论以林蛙油为主要成分的保健品,可辅助增强超重辐射大鼠血清抑制羟自由基的能力。Objective To explore the suppression function of healthy products mainly made from rana japonica oil grown in the Changbai Mountain on the hydroxy free radical in the serum of the big mice which have been under the condition of overload and radiation.Methods The models of wistar big mice under overload and radiation were established and the intervened with the healthy products made from rana japonica oil,examines the ability of suppression on the hydroxy free radical in the serum taken from each group of big mice was examined.Results Synergism of overload and radiation might enhance the ability of the serum taken from the big mice to suppress the hydroxy free radical.Conclusion The healthy products mainly made from the rana japonica oil might assist to strengthen the suppression of serum taken from the dig mice under the overload and radiation on the hydroxy free radical.
