摘　　要：在构建和谐杭州的过程中,要通过社区加强对外来务工人员子女的家庭教育。社区加强外来务工人员子女工作,主要通过对这个群体的管理;对家长的辅导;与辖区学校的沟通与协作;以及向有关部门报告异常情况等。In the process of building our harmonious Hangzhou,it is necessary to strengthen family education of migrant workers' children through carrier of community.The community should strengthen the management work of foreign workers' children,mainly through the management of this group,counsel for parents,communicate and collaborate with schools of the area,report to appropriate authorities abnormal situation and etc.
