摘　　要：攻防含义教学法在太极拳教学中比传统教学法具有优越性及可行性,该教学法不仅能激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生对单个动作的理解及掌握能力,而且能更好地充分表达太极拳运动的内涵和特点。The attack and defense teaching method in the teaching of traditional Chinese Shadowboxing is advantageous and feasible,compared to traditional teaching method.The teaching method can arouse the interests of students,improve the understanding of separate movements and make the most of expressing the connotation and characters of traditional Chinese Shadowboxing.
