摘　　要：通过理论分析和试验研究,进一步阐明对旋风机(l/d>0)装置效率较JBT(l/d=0)的效率低,噪声高;同时指出用LSA评价考核噪声,导致节能低噪局扇全部被淘汰的畸形发展现状,为煤矿安全节能降耗和环保,提出对策和发展方向及积木式局扇的设计实例。Through the theoretical analysis and test research, this paper specifies that the high noise of contra-rotating fan (l/d>0),and equipment efficiency is lower than the efficiency of JBT (l/d=0). Simultaneously, the paper also points out the method of using LSA to evaluate and check noise has caused the developing trend of all the local fans with energy-saving and low-noise not to be used. For the purpose of safety, energy-saving and environment protection, the solution, developing trend and the design example of local fan with building block type are pointed out.
