摘　　要：介绍了会计委托制的理论依据、运行程序和职能,指出会计委托制弥补了会计自主制和会计委派制在企业工作中的不足,会计委托制会成为"经济人"的选择之一。This paper gives an introduction on the theoretical basis, procedure and function of accountant entrusted system, and points out that make up the shortage of accountant resigned system and accountant appointed system and would be one of choice of 'economic man'.
