摘　　要：中国的农民组织发展缓慢,缺乏自发机制,政府干预过多,引导过度,不能遵循农民的自愿意志。蒲州农民协会的发展则是自下而上、自我发展,虽然它发展过程极其不易,政府、市场、民间组织都对它有推动作用。文章以农民组织发展内外动力进行分析,借鉴蒲州农民协会的经验,指出农民组织的发展需要在农户主导、精英人物领导、市场促进、政府引导与民间组织的互动上着笔考虑。It is difficult for farmer organizations to develop by themselves since most of farmer organizations in China are guided by governments,and the organization process is from higher authorities to grassroots.The case — farmer association of Puzhou town develops by itself from grassroots.Though the development process is full of frustrations,it has been propelled by governments,market and civil governments.The paper,from the perspective of internal and external force mechanism,according to the experience of fa...
