制造企业的生产服务内、外部化模式选择的影响因素分析

摘　　要：生产服务对制造企业竞争能力的提升具有重要影响,如何进行生产服务内、外部化选择决策成为我国制造企业日益关心的问题。文章融合交易成本理论、企业知识理论、战略控制理论构建了决策分析框架,指出内外部化模式选择的影响因素包括成本因素、战略控制因素、企业现实条件、生产服务业务的性质以及生产服务市场的成熟度。Since producer service is a key factor for competence enhancement of manufacturing enterprises,much more attention has been paid to decision making for internalized and externalized model selection of producer service.A decision-making framework is proposed combining transaction cost theory,knowledge-based theory and strategic control theory.The factors such as cost factor,strategic control factor,qualifications of enterprises,characters of producer service and producer service supply maturity are analyzed.
