摘　　要：采用实地访谈与问卷相结合的方法,对东北老工业基地14个大型国有企业职工体育管理体制的现状进行了调研。目前国有企业职工体育管理体制存在的问题有:自上而下的行政化管理体制;封闭式的管理模式;投资主体的单一化。并提出以下对策:加大对企业社区体育公共设施的投入;加强与社区的合作关系;鼓励职工成立基层体育协会。Using the visit and discuss method on the spot and the questionnaire method,this article investigates the status quo of staff sports management system of 14 large Chinese state-owned enterprises in Northeast Old Industrial Base.And it analyses the questions which exist in the staff sports management system in Chinese state-owned enterprise: superincumbent administrative system,closing manage pattern,simplifying investment main body.At last,it puts forward following countermeasures: Firstly,Enlarge investmen...
