摘　　要：文献资料,走访调查等方法,对我国最大冰雪体育器材装备基地——齐齐哈尔黑龙体育器械厂的发展现状和存在问题进行调查和分析。认为齐齐哈尔冰雪体育器材制造业发展的总体状况是好的,但存在企业资金短缺,经营、管理、技术人才匮乏,产品结构单一、产品科技创新意识和能力不强,缺乏可持续发展理念等问题。通过分析其产生的原因,提出相应的对策。By the methods of literature and interviewing,the authors made an investigation of The Black Dragon Sport Equipment Plant——the Chinese largest ice & snow equipment factory.Although the general situation of the BDSEP is satisfactory,some problems still exist,such as shortage of financial resource and technicians,mismanagement,single product economy,poor technological awareness and ability for innovation,enviornment-oriented products and sustainable development concept need to be coordinated.The paper,based o...
