摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈及数理统计等研究方法,对黑龙江省田径教练员队伍进行深入调查,对调查获得的资料和有效数据进行剖析,客观地反映黑龙江省田径教练员队伍现状及存在的主要问题,进而提出发展性的建议,为进一步推动黑龙江省田径竞技水平的提高提供理论和实践的依据。The article uses method such as document and materials,questionnaire investigation,visiting and statistics law and so on,which carring out thorough investigation on Heilongjiang province track and field training fee,analysing the data and effective data by gaining,reflect the current situation and some existence problem that Heilongjiang province training fee objectively,bring forward the developing countermeasure or suggestion,and then provide the basic of theory and practice for the training fee that Heil...
