摘  要:材料液态成形工艺中的凝固现象是发生在从铸锭 /铸件到原子集团尺寸范围内的多尺度液 固相变过程 ,同时还涉及或受控于多种物理场变化。正是这些多尺度的液 固相变特征与多重场量变化的复杂耦合作用共同决定了材料的凝固行为、结晶组织与缺陷形成以及成形零件 /材料的使用性能。近 2 0年来计算机软硬件技术的飞速发展 ,为多种基础学科交叉的材料凝固理论向着定量化的科学体系发展创造了有利条件 ,这是材料凝固理论今后发展与完善的重要方向之一。本文对基于多尺度、多场量耦合材料凝固成形计算机模型化的必要性及研究进展进行了简要概述 ,介绍了本文作者近 10余年来在该领域所进行的相关研究工作 。Xu Daming, Fu Hengzhi, Li Qingchun School of Material Science and Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001 Solidification phenomena in liquid materials processing is a liquid\|solid phase transformation process that occurs on multi\|spatial scales from ingot sizes to that of atomic clusters and under the influences or controls of multi\|physical fields. It is the multi\|scaled liquid\|solid phase transformations and the complex couplings of the multi\|fields that jointly determine the solidification behaviors, structures and defects formations and the performances of the solidified materials/parts. Rapid developments of computer technology both in soft\| and hardware provide an important opportunity for the progress in the quantification and modeling for the material solidification phenomena. This should be a direction of the future developments in the materials solidification theory, which locates in an intercross place of multi\|disciplines. Based on a brief comments on the necessity and research progress in the computer modeling for the multi\|spatial\|scaled and multi\|fields\|coupled solidification phenomena, the relevant research work in the solidification computer modeling that have been carried out by the present authors are summarized. Several research areas that are important and should be emphasized to the future computer modeling for the complicated materials solidification phenomena and defect formations are suggested.
