摘　　要：近年来我国学者对大学新生的人际交往从交往的范围、目的、程度、影响因素、特点以及人际交往的不适、困惑和调适、解决方法等方面进行了研究。了解这些研究成果,对学校做好学生工作,促进新生的进步与成长很有意义。In recent years,our scholars have made a study of college freshmen's interpersonal contact in terms of its scope,purpose,degree,influential factors,features and solutions of the problems.Knowing the positive results in this regard will help colleges and wniversities to do their work well among the students,and promote the healthy growth of the freshmen.
