摘　　要：大学生就业期望值高除了主观因子造成外,客观存在的因子不容我们忽略。大学生就业期望值高主要有教育成本的预期回报、自我价值实现的憧憬以及社会、家庭等外界因素三方面,对于客观事实造成的大学生就业期望值高我们不能盲目采取降低期望值的措施,应从大学教育"源头"出发,培养社会需求的应用型人才,提高大学生就业竞争力。College students' high expectations of employment are due to both subjective and objective factors.The objective factors must not be neglected.In light of these factors,we should,proceeding from the 'source'of education in colleges and universities,train applied talents,and enhance the students' competitive ability to find employment.
