摘　　要：斯宾诺莎认为,民主政体是最好的治理国家的方式。他将民主政体与专制政体在目的、手段等方面作了比较,并对服从、平民群众参政等问题作了辨析。其中有不少准确精辟的分析和论述,而在个别问题上也存在着因偏见而导致的败笔。Spinoza argued that the democratic system was the best of all the forms of government. He compared democracy with autocracy in their functions and measures, and analyzed issues like obedience and participation of common people in political affairs.Despite some mistakes made by prejudice, there were full of accurate and penetrating analyses in his ideas.
