摘　　要：科技企业孵化器(TBI)作为一种发展较快的典型科技中介,它的相关研究可谓是科技中介研究的最佳切入点之一。TBI既不同于科技园区,又不同于一般的生产型和服务型企业,而与在孵企业及毕业企业均存在密切的联系。西方学者强调TBI的创新服务功能,认为TBI主要是培育企业适应市场竞争的能力。国内学者强调TBI的孵化空间,认为TBI是一种减少干扰、具有温室效应的避风港。笔者认为TBI是新生中小企业聚集的拥有企业生存和成长所需的服务的系统空间,是以制度框架与中介体系为根本特征的智能服务产业。The research on a technology business incubator(TBI) which is a typical sci-tech intermediate agency developing at a fast speed may be regarded as one of the best way to carry out researches on such services. Though a TBI is neither the same as a science and technology park,nor an ordinary manufacturer or a service-providing company,it has close links with both incubating and graduated enterprises.Western scholars place emphasis on the innovation services of a TBI,thinking that the major task of TBI is to improve a company's ability to adapt to competitions.Chinese scholars pay more attention to the incubation space,regarding a TBI as a harbor that can decrease interference like a greenhouse.The author thinks that a TBI is a kind of system that can provide necessary services for newborn companies which gathered in it.It is an intellectual service-providing domain that has frame rules and medium system as its basic characteristics.
