高校学生思想政治工作队伍现状及建设研究

摘　　要：本文根据近期面向天津地区部分高校进行的一项"关于高校学生思想政治工作者思想热点、难点问题"的问卷调查,借助SPSS统计软件,对调查样本进行了统计、归类。通过分析可以看出当前高校辅导员队伍的现状不容乐观,主要体现在队伍结构、专业知识、工作内容、机制建设等方面存在一些突出问题,影响着高校学生思想政治工作的实效性。本文从思想政治工作科学化和学科化、队伍建设实现专业化和专家化要求的角度,提出建设一支具有较强专业素养和职业认同感的思想政治工作队伍的方法与途径。This paper takes statistic analysis and sort to samples by the statistic software SPSS on the basis of a questionnaire survey on ideological hot point of problem and crux among ideological political workers which recently face to some colleges in Tianjin. Through above analysis, we conclude that the present situation of college assistants teams is not better, the main deficiencies conclude team structure, speciality knowledge, work content, mechanism construction and so on, and these influence time effectiveness of ideological and political work. So this paper from the view of making ideological and political work more scientific and making team construction more professional ,then puts forward effective measures on constructing a ideological and political team which has higher specialty knowledge and a sense of occupation identity.
