摘　　要：在直11警用型01架机首飞及以后科研试飞的开车、关车过程中,电动绞车支架出现明显的振动。本文定性分析了电动绞车支架的振动原理,通过建立有限元模型详细分析了绞车支架动特性和振动测试数据,找出了电动绞车支架出现明显振动的原因,提出了合理的结构设计更改方案。通过本文对电动绞车支架的振动研究,为今后机载外挂结构设计提供有益的参考。The electric windlass support of Z11 police helicopter appeared obvious vibration in the start and end of first fight and flight tests.This article analyses its vibration mechanism and feature though modeling.The reason leading to the vibration problem was found out though analysis of the vibration feature and test data.Lastly,a structure modification plan was suggested.This study presents a value reference for structural design of external stores support in future.
