绿巨人组织培养育苗技术的研究

摘　　要：以MS作为基本培养基,离体培养绿巨人Spathiphyllum kochii的幼叶。结果表明:BA为1.0mg·L^(-1),NAA为0.5mg·L^(-1)的组合时诱导效率最高,诱导频率可达到100%。组培苗在大量元素减半并附加0.5mg·L^(-1)NAA的1/2MS培养基上诱导生根最为适宜,生根率达100%。Young leaves of Spathiphyllum Kochii were cultured in vitro on base MS medium.The results showed that the efficiency of induction is the highest and may reach 100% on the medium with the combination of BA1.0m8 .L^(-1) and NAA 0.5mg·L^(-1).The medium with half amount of major dements and 1/2MS medium with addition of 0.5mg·L^(-1) NAA is the most appropriate for inducting test-tube plantlet to produce roots and it s efficiency may reach 100 %.
