简化培养基成分对丽格海棠试管苗生根影响的研究

摘　　要：论述不同的培养方式和营养成分对丽格海棠试管苗生根及移栽成活率的影响。试验表明丽格海棠生根培养中用液体培养替代传统的固体培养,用自来水替代蒸馏水、白糖替代蔗糖,对丽格海棠试管苗的生根和移栽成活率无不良影响,但显著降低试管苗培养基成本。The effects of different culturing methods and medium ingredients on rooting and transplanting survival rate of tissue culture Rieger Begonia seedling were investigated in this study.The results showed that there was no distinct effect on rooting and transplanting survival rate of tissue culture but could reduce culture cost in rooting culture of Rieger Begonia when solid culture was replaced by liquid culture,distilled water was replaced by tap water,sucrose was replaced by sugar.
