摘 要:研究表明一次提纯土和二次提纯土的(?)脱石含量比原矿分别提高了27.12%和32.65%。在活化温度95—98℃,固液比为1:3、活化时间为5h的条件下,得出一次提纯土加酸量60%制备的活性白土性能较好,脱色率99.6%、活性度162mmol/100g、游离酸0.013%。采取正交实验优化一次提纯土制备活性白土的工艺,得最佳工艺条件为固液比为1:3、加酸量70%、活化时间为4h,得到产品的脱色率99%,活性度135.6mmol/100g,游离酸0.011%。Montmorillonite contents of once and twice purified bentonite have increased by 27.12% and 32.65% compared to raw mine,respec- lively.Under the other conditions of reaction time of 5h,reaction temperature of 95-98℃and the solid-liquid ratios of 1:3,it was showed that acid activated bentonite prepared from once purified bentonite with 60% sulfuric acid strength was the optimal,namely bleaching capability of the prod ucta reached 99.6%,activity degree was162mmol/100g,free acid was 0.013%.Furthermore,the orthogonal experiments on once purified clay for preparing acid activated bentonite was studied,the best processing conditions were followed,the solid-liquid ratios of 1:3,reaction time of 4h and solfuric acid strength of 70%.Bleaching capability,activity degree and free acid were 99%,135.6mmol/100g and 0.011%,respectively.
