集流器对后置导叶式轴流通风机性能的影响

摘　　要：针对3种带有不同集流器的后置导叶式轴流通风机,采用商业软件NUMECA进行整机的数值模拟,计算了各自的性能曲线。对比、分析了集流器对轴流通风机性能的影响,研究了集流器与整机的匹配问题,为提高轴流通风机的性能提供了依据。Numerical simulation was applied to axial-flow fan with post-guide vane with three types of different bell mouthes using commercial software NUMECA. The respective performance curves were calculated. The effects of bell mouthes on the axial-flow fan were compared and analyzed, and research the matching problem between the bell mouth and axial fan, it supply the gist for improving the performance of axial-flow fan.
