50岁及以上眼科住院病人的流行病调查

摘　　要：目的调查50岁及以上眼科住院病人的构成比。方法收集从2002年1月-2004年12月的50岁及以上眼科住院患者,年龄、性别、病种的构成比,运用Stata8.0软件进行数据收集整理分析。结果共有1112例被调查,其中男性591例,女性521例;2002年为339人次,2003年为349人次,2004年为424人次;其中50-60岁为33.27%,60-70岁为37.05%,70-80岁为22.48%,80岁以上为7.10%;三年间白内障患者分别占41%-51.8%,青光眼占19.33%-25.36%,视网膜脱离占10.88%-15.33%,眼外伤为6.78%-10.33%。结论50岁及以上的眼科住院患者有逐年增加趋势,白内障仍然是老年眼病的首要疾病,其次为青光眼、视网膜脱离、眼外伤。Objective Purpose To investigate the proportion of ophthalmic inpatients with 50-year-old and more.Methods From 2002 to 2004 the medical records of ophthalmic inpatients were collected by sex、age、diagnosis.The date were analyzed by stata 8.0.Results Among the 1112 cases,man were 591 cases and female were 521 cases.The inpatients were 339 in 2002,349 in 2003,and 424 in 2004.The percent of inpatients aged 50 to 60 years was 33.27%,aged 60-70 years was 37.05%,aged 70-80 years was 22.48%,and aged 80 or more was 7.10%.The proportion of inpatient with cataract(41%-51.8%)、glaucoma(19.33%-25.36%)、retinal detachment(10.88%-15.33%)、ocular trauma(6.78%-10.33%)ranked in fourth sequence.Conclusion There was increasing trend for the number of the patient with 50 years and more.Cataract is the major cause and Glaucoma、Retinal detachment、Ocular trauma ranks with sequence.
