摘　　要：本文主要运用数学统计方法,研究影响我省网络编辑从业人员需求的各项因素,通过对各项因素之间关系进行量化描述,建立从业人员需求预测模型,进而对我省网络编辑及传媒行业的现状进行评价,并对其发展策略提供相应的参考数据。In this thesis,using mathematical statistical methods,research for the various factors of the impact on demand for employees in Jilin province network editing.Based on the relationship between the factors carrys on a quantitiative description,establishing industry personnel demand forecast model,then evaluating the status quo of network editor and media industries of Jilin province,and providing the corresponding reference data for its development strategy.
