摘　　要：财政分权问题、政府竞争问题和经济要素集聚问题是目前经济研究的热点问题。本文提出把这三点结合起来,即研究财政分权、公共品供给竞争与地区经济要素集聚能力的关系,并考察了国内外关于此问题的研究现状,最后提出了这一问题研究的可行性路径。Fiscal decentralization,local government competition and agglomeration of economic factors are hot issues of economics discussed widely today.In this paper,these three issues are discussed as a whole.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the relations of the three issues,this paper argues that studying these issues is helpful to improve the regions competition capacity,and to develop regional economy harmoniously.
