摘　　要：社区的发展,政府在一些领域的退出,为非营利性组织的发展提供了广阔的前景。社区的非营利性组织大概有四种类型。目前,人们对非营利性组织认识,往往偏重于它对社会的管理作用和经济功能,而其对社会心理的调节功能往往为人们所忽视。事实上,非营利性组织的社会心理功能正是其能够成为促进和谐社会发展的重要手段之一的重要基础。Since 1980s,the non-profitable organizations have developed greatly.With the withdrawal of the government in some fields,the growing communities are provided good circumstances.There are four kinds of non-pcofitable organizations in communities.As far as it is concerned, people focus on its managing and economic functions,and overlook the role in the social psychological adjustment.In fact,the social psychological adjustment is one of the most important method in promoting development of social harmony.
