摘　　要：结合高职院校的特点,对其科研应用型教师的培养进行了可行性政策与措施的探索分析,并对如何构建双师型的师资队伍提出了建议。Combined with the characteristics of the high vocational colleges,this paper made the experimental analysis on the feasible policies and measures in cultivating the scientific research and application-oriented teachers.At the same time,this paper also made some suggestions on the process of constructing the team of 'compounding' teachers.
