摘　　要：军事需求为军事信息系统开发明确了目标,是系统开发的起点.要开发出满足军事活动需求的信息系统,就必须深化需求分析研究.文中分析了深化需求分析研究的必要性、阐述了业务活动描述在需求分析中的重要作用,提出了基于业务描述的军事信息系统需求分析的思路和具体实施过程,并给出了相应的应用案例.Military requirement defines the goal of Military Information Systems (MIS) and becomes the starting-point of systems development. For the purpose of developing user-satisfying systems, it is indispensable to research thoroughly requirement of MIS. The necessity of requirement analysis (RA) is analyzed in this paper. It is discussed that business-describing is the emphasis of RA and the idea and process of requirement analysis are put forward based on business-describing to develop requirement of MIS. And finally an application case is given.
