摘　　要：为检测某型直升机轮毂裂纹,需要设计专用涡流探头.根据某型直升机轮毂形状及裂纹特点,认为涡流探头设计的关键在于线圈尺寸和匝数的选取,由理论分析和试验说明了确定线圈尺寸和匝数的方法,并设计了专用探头,通过实际应用证明效果良好.In order to test the crack of the hub-wheel of a certain helicopter,it was needed to design special eddy current testing transducer.According to the shape and crack characteristic of the hub-wheel of a certain helicopter,from the theories analysis and experiment,a kind of curved eddy current testing transducer was designed,which was proved good by experiment.
