摘  要:目的探讨人参、人参多肽和降糖4号对大鼠胰岛功能的影响。方法采用胶原酶消化、手工挑选胰岛和胰岛体外刺激实验的方法。结果在本实验条件下,不同浓度的人参和人参多肽对胰岛分泌胰岛素的功能没有显著影响;与2.8mmol/L葡萄糖对照组相比,降糖4号浓度为0.75%和3.0%时,可分别使胰岛分泌胰岛素水平显著提高39%和114%,在7.5%时则显著抑制胰岛素的分泌。结论人参和人参多肽降糖作用可能不与胰岛素分泌相关,降糖4号则可以使胰岛素水平显著增加。Objective In order to study the effect of ginseng, ginseng polypeptides(GP-14) and jiangtang No.4(JT-4) on insulin secretion of islet cells.Methods Techniques of isolation and purification of islets from rats pancreases were used with collangenase type V digestion and hand-picking up islet. Techniques of culture islets in vitro were used also. Results Genseng and GP-14 had no effect on insulin secretion at present experimental conditions. Insulin release was significantly increased by 39% and 114% in response to the concentration of 0.75% and 3.0% JT-4 and inhibited in high concentration of 7.5% as compared to control group(2.8 mmol/L glucose). Conclusion JT-4 composed of kinds of Chinese herbs could increase the level of insulin secretion to one fold more than control in this test. The effect of ginseng and GP-14 on decreasing blood glucose level might not be performed through increasing insulin release. When ginseng was mixed with other Chinese herbs as JT-4, the prescription can have the ability to stimulate islets insulin secretion significantly.
