摘　　要：分析了注塑模具制造过程中薄壁铜电极的工艺、结构特点,研究了基于Mastercam软件支持下的以控制变形为目的的数控高速加工工艺,并进行了玩具中电池盒的骨位铜电极加工设计,提出利用Mastercam软件高效地解决薄壁铜电极的数控加工方法。This article analyses the structure and char- acteristics of injecting and molding of the copper elec- trode and studies the methods of numerical control manufacture for controlling deformation based on the Mastercam software.Taken the manufacturing of the copper electrode in the battery box as example,this text explains how to use Mastercam software to resolve the problem of copper electrode efficiently in numerical control manufacturing.
