摘　　要：加强思想道德建设是实现社会和谐的重要工作。构建社会主义和谐社会,就要筑牢思想道德基础,其前提是营造良好的思想理论氛围,根本是建立核心价值体系,关键是培育文明的道德风尚。Improving ideological and moral building is one of the most important parts in realization of social harmony . It is essential to fasten the moral foundation in establishment of harmonious socialist society. Among them, the ideological and theoretical atmosphere is the basis; the core value system is the root, and the civilized moral custom is the key.
