摘  要:目的探讨黄芪、丹参注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及影响。方法90例早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者分成3组:黄芪注射液治疗组、丹参注射液治疗组和对照组,分别检测治疗前后24 h尿微量白蛋白(m-ALb)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和IV型胶原(IV-C),并观察疗效。结果与治疗前相比,黄芪注射液和丹参注射液治疗组治疗后24 h尿m-ALb、TGF-β1和IV-C显著下降;对照组治疗前后无明显改变。相关分析表明,尿TGF-β1和IV-C均与尿m-ALb呈正相关。结论黄芪、丹参注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病可以减少TGF-β1、IV-C的产生,降低非酶糖化,同时可能存在对糖尿病肾病患者黏附分子有拮抗作用,从而保护肾脏功能、延缓DN的发展。Objective To observe the effect of Milkvetch root and Red Sage root injections in treating patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Seventy patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomized into three groups: Milkvetch root injections group.Red sage root injections group and control group.The levels of 24h m-ALb Transforming growth factor-β1 and IV-C in the urinary of patients were tested both before the treatment and after cure courses and the effects were observed.Results After the treatment the levels of 24 h m-ALb,transforming growth factor-β1 and IV-C were lower than those before the treatment and the control group doesn′t change significantly,the corresponding studies showed that Urinary TGF-β1 and IV-C were positive.Conclusion Milkvetch root and Ret sage root eliminate the production of TGFβ1、IV-C in early Diabetic nephropathy,at the same time probably improved renal function and delay the development of Diabetic Nephropathy.
