摘　　要：文章从武术竞技套路裁判员职业道德建设入手,对裁判员建设进行探讨,得出结论:根据武术竞赛套路的运动特征和"规则"评判标准,裁判员应坚守自己的职业道德规范,遵循裁判员需遵循的基本原则,注重职业道德建设的各个环节和方方面面,加强法律约束和加大新闻监督的力度;建立武术竞赛裁判员的"武德段位"考评制度,有利于裁判员职业道德向良性的方向发展。This thesis discussed how to build the vocational ethics for referees.It can be conclude that according to athlete character of Wushu rountine competitive and the criteria of judgment of rule:referees should insist on vocational ethics,abide the basic principle which referees need to,emphasis on every aspects of vocational ethics has been build,enhance the confine of law and the power of supervise of news.Build up a system of the grade examination for referees can make for the development of the vocational ethics.
