摘 要:太极拳是思想拳、是哲拳,向来有"三分练,七分悟"之说。学太极拳必先明太极之理,通修炼之路,理清路明,方有所得。文章从什么是真正的太极拳,太极拳到底练什么,太极拳为什么要稳静、缓慢,松与紧的辨证关系,太极拳运动如何放松,太极拳与水的关系等方面进行了分析、探讨,目的在于与广大太极拳爱好者相互切磋、共同提高。Taijiquan is a kind of boxing which involves profound thought and philosophy.It has always been said that thirty percent of Taijiquan is practice while seventy is thinking.To learn Taijiquan ,one must first understand the Taiji thoeries.Only when the theories are mastered,can one have the chance to succeed.This article mainly focuses on the following topics: What is the real Taijiquan; What Taijiquan practises; Why Taijiquan must be practised quietly and slowly; The relationship between being loose and tight;How to get relaxed in Taijiquan excercise; The relationship between Taijiquan and water.
