摘　　要：经济法的价值具有多元性 ,但当其多元价值发生冲突时 ,经济法应当以效益作为其基本价值。以效益作为经济法的基本价值不仅具有坚实的理论基础 ,而且体现在经济法的具体制度中。经济法效益价值可以通过经济立法、经济执法和经济司法等途径得以实现 。The value of economic law is manifold, but when the plural values conflict with each other, the effectiveness should be the fundamental value of economic law. Effectiveness as the fundamental value of economic law has concrete theoretical bases and is reflected in the specific system of economic law. The effectiveness value of economic law can be realized by economical legislation, economical administration and economical jurisdiction as well as the interaction between the values of economic law.
