摘　　要：光纤通信是目前最主要的信息传输技术。实现全光网是光纤通信第二轮研究开发时期最重要的奋斗目标。本文主要总结了全光通信技术、光交换与全光网技术最新研究和发展等方面的内容。As the most important information transmission technique so far,the fibre-optical communication makes the realization of all-optical network application technique in the second round research work period of the fibre-optical communication development.This paper briefly introduces the technique of all-optical communication and the new development in the optical exchange and all-optical network.
