摘　　要：公司代表权是指公司机关代表公司对外进行各种活动的权限。本文分析了当前公司代表权制度存在的弊端,在此基础上提出了对其进行重构的思路。Representation right of the company refers to the right range of a company to carry on all activities when some dep0artment of a company does with some affairs involved on behalf of the company.This article has analyzed the malpractice of current company representation right system.Based on it,the author proposes some countermeasures to restore company representation right.
