摘  要:利用三相图确定了稳定的OP-10乳化剂/正丁醇/环己烷/水反相微乳体系,并采用反相微乳法和超临界干燥技术制备了纳米锆锰掺杂六铝酸盐催化剂。X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面积(BET)和氢气程序升温还原(H2-TPR)对锆锰掺杂六铝酸盐进行表征。分析结果表明,催化剂制备的最佳焙烧条件为1 050℃,焙烧4 h,比表面积为78.185 m2/g,颗粒分散均匀,主要形状为片状,粒度在10 nm^30 nm。Hexaaluminates were one of the best catalysts for combustion in high temperature,nano-hexaaluminates with good catalytic activity and higher thermal stability were prepared by reverse microemulsion.Stable microemulsion solutions composed of OP-10/n-butanol/cyclohexaneane/water were studied by three-phase diagram and the optimal composition was selected as V(n-butanol)∶V(OP-10)=3∶2,M(cyclohexaneane)∶M(OP-10+n-butanol)=5∶5.Zirconium and Manganese modifified hexaalunminate was prepared by reverse microemulsion method combined with supercritical drying,and characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),surface area analysis(BET)and H2 Temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR).The results show that the plate-like hexaaluminate with a size of 10 nm~30 nm and a surface area of 78.185 m2/g is gained after calcination at 1 050 ℃ for 4 hours,whose size is uniformly distributed.
