以人为本与高校制度文化建设

摘　　要：目前,校园文化建设已由较浅的物质文化层进入到较深的制度文化层。现阶段制度文化建设的急务是要全面而深入地认识制度文化的现状,引入以人为本理念,将硬制度与软管理结合起来,找到高校制度文化建设的生长点,推进校园文化的深入发展,打造高校品牌。Now the construction of campus culture has entered a stage from a lower level of material culture to a higher level of system culture. The main tasks of system culture are to deeply understand its status quo, to introduce the idea of taking mankind as root, to combine hard system with soft administration, to find the increasing point of cultural construction in institutions so as to promote the deep development of campus culture.
