摘　　要：本文依据中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI),对中国从事哲学社会科学研究的高校系统、科研系统、党政部门、党校系统、军队系统在1998—2004年间学术论文的产出与被引用情况进行了统计,并按学科、地区、人力资源、科研经费等相关条件,对五大系统的研究能力与水平作了初步研究与分析。This paper,on the basis of CSSCI,gives statistics on the birth and citations of academic papers(1998-2004) of China's philosophy and social sciences from five great systems of universities,scientific research,the Party and governments,the Party schools and army,and also gives a primary studies and analysis of research ability and levels according to subjects,regions,human resources,outlay of scientific research and some relative conditions.
