摘　　要：地方政权是国家政权统治的基础,唐朝统治集团十分重视地方官员的作用。在唐初盛世的形成以及经济社会的发展过程中,地方官员均发挥了重要作用。其政绩突出表现在,促进社会稳定和经济恢复与发展,开拓边疆,促进和巩固民族融合等方面。The local power is the base of state power,so the governing group of the Tang dynasty attached important to the role of local officials.In the developing and prosperous course of the early Tang dynasty,local officials exerted themselves fully,who promoted social stability and economic restoration and development,opened up the frontiers,and strengthened the solidarity of all ethnic groups.
