摘  要:为了解研究沙棘果油及沙棘籽油的抗炎作用。用小白鼠耳二甲苯致炎法进行实验,结果表明,与阴性对照组比较,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组小白鼠耳廓肿胀度明显的减小(P<0.01或P<0.05);沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组间比较,其耳廓肿胀度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油有明显的抗炎作用,并且沙棘果油及沙棘籽油的抗炎作用没有明显差异。用大鼠足跖蛋清致肿法进行实验,结果表明:与阴性对照组比较,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组大鼠致炎后右后足跖肿胀率无明显变化(均为P>0.05)。鸡蛋清所致大鼠足跖水肿主要以组织胺,5-HT为介质,可能沙棘果油及沙棘籽油对这种炎症模型无明显影响。The experiments aimed at studying the anti-inflammatory effects of seabuckthorn pulp oil(SBPO)and seabuckthorn seed oil(SBSO).The results of the experiment on the method of inducing inflammation in the mouse's ear with dimethylbenzene showed that compared with that of negative control group,the auricular swelling siginificantly lessened in mice of both SBPO high-and low-dose groups and SBSO high-and low-dose groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05).No significant difference was found in auricular swelling degrees between SBPO and SBSO high-dose groups and between SBPO and SBSO low-dose groups(P>0.05).The results suggest that SBPO and SBSO have remarkable anti-inflammatory effects and that the effects do not differ significantly between them.The results of the experiment on the method of inducing metatarsal swelling in rats with egg white showed that compared with that of negative control group,no significant change was found in metatarsal swellings in the right feet after inflammation between SBPO and SBSO high-dose groups and between SBPO and SBSO low-dose groups(P>0.05).Since histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine are the main transmitters of the rat's metatarsal swelling caused by egg white,SBPO and SBSO have no siginificant effects on this kind of inflammatory model.
