人参养荣汤和右归丸加减组方治疗艾滋病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医药治疗艾滋病(AIDS)的疗效,寻找有效的治疗方案。方法根据中医药理论和经验,在运用现代科学方法进行确诊的基础上,辩证施治,选用具有健脾、益气、养血、补肾、滋阴、壮阳的"人参养荣汤"和"右归丸"加减组方,对患者进行整体调节。结果经中药"人参养荣汤"和"右归丸"加减组方治疗后,患者的免疫指标得到改善,尤其是CD4低于200时,可显著提高CD4计数。与此同时,患者的临床症状及体征亦得到明显改善。结论该"组方"具有促进艾滋病患者免疫功能重建、改善症状、缓解病情的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of AIDS(acquired immune deficiency syndrome) treatment with TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) and to explore effective treatment program.Methods According to the summary of the theoretical knowledge and clinical experience of TCM,based on diagnosis by modern scientific methods and syndrome differentiation,we take an overall treatment program for our patients by modifying Ren Shen Yang Rong decoction and You Gui pills,which have the effect of nourishing yin and the blood,invigoraing the kidney,the stomach and spleen,strengthening yang and benefitting qi.Results After the treatment of Ren Shen Yang Rong decoction and You Gui pills,the immune function of patients were improved,and the amount of CD4 increased notably,especially when the CD4 were below 200.At the same time,the symptoms and signs were also improved notably.Conclusions The result indicates that this formula can promote the reconstruction of AIDS patients immune function,improve symptoms and relieve illness.
