摘 要:采用UV/H2O2/微曝气、UV/H2O2、UV/微曝气、H2O2/微曝气四种工艺处理受苯胺污染的水源水。试验结果表明,采用UV/H2O2/微曝气工艺,H2O2投加量分别为1,2,5,10和20mL,对苯胺均有理想的去除效果。随着投加量的增加,苯胺的去除率并没有明显的提高,反应30min后去除率分别达到94.3%,96.4%,96.5%,97.3%和96.8%。原水苯胺为0.90mg/L时,投加1mLH2O2反应30min后,出水苯胺为0.06mg/L,满足标准要求。UV/H2O2/微曝气、UV/H2O2、UV/微曝气、H2O2/微曝气四种工艺对苯胺的去除率均随着时间的增长而提高,40min后趋于平稳,最高去除率分别为97.9%,94.5%,64.27%和13.84%,UV/H2O2/微曝气、UV/H2O2出水苯胺均低于规定限值。UV/H2O2/micro-aeration,UV/H2O2,UV/micro-aeration and H2O2/micro-aeration processes were tested for the treatment of raw water with aniline.H2O2 were dosed at 1,2,5,10 and 20 mg/L respectively in the UV/H2O2/micro-aeration process.The result showed that relative satisfied removal efficiency could be obtained,and the removal rate of aniline did not improve significantly when the dose increased.The removal rate could reach 94.3%,96.4%,96.5%,97.3% and 96.8% after reaction for 30 minutes.The aniline in the effluent was 0.06 mg/L which could meet the limits with H2O2 dosage of 1 mL for 30 minutes,when the raw water concentration of aniline was 0.90 mg/L.Aniline removal rate could be improved with the time by the combination of the four processes:UV/H2O2/micro-aeration,UV/H2O2,UV/micro-aeration and H2O2/micro-aeration,and it coule be kept stably after 40 minutes.The highest removal rates of the four processes could be 97.9%,94.5%,64.27% and 13.84% respectively.The aniline in effluent with UV/H2O2/micro-aeration and UV/H2O2 treatment could be fitted the standard.
