论太极拳文化中的人文精神

摘　　要：太极拳文化是古老的也是优秀的,人文精神的开发与提倡是现代社会发展不可或缺的,然而,研究太极拳文化中人文精神的文章却是非常稀少的。文章运用文献资料研究法、逻辑归纳法、对比分析法,对太极拳文化中"天人合一""、中正之道"、"和谐之道"的文化内涵与人文精神的文化内涵进行了对比、分析、归纳和总结,较深入地阐释了太极拳文化中"天人合一"的人文精神,"中正之道"的人文精神和"和谐之道"的人文精神。Taijiquan culture is one of the ancient and excellent culture, while the exploration and advocating of humanity spirit are indispensable for the modern development, but there are few papers studying on the humanity spirit of Taijiquan culture. With the methods of document study, logical conduction and comparative analysis, the paper does the comparison, analysis, conduction and conclusion on the cultural connotation of humanity spirit and the cultural connotation the concepts of 'the unity of man and nature', 'the way of keeping the doctrine of the golden median', and 'the way of constructing harmony', and the paper deeply explains the humanity spirit of 'the unity of man and nature', 'the way of keeping the doctrine of the golden median' and 'the way of constructing harmony' in Taijiquan culture.
