浅论阴阳思想对中国武术理论内涵的指导作用

摘　　要：中国的传统武术是在几千年的农耕文明的历史长河中形成并发展起来的,至今广为传播的是以套路、搏斗和功法练习为主要内容的武术。中华武术的理论基础是阴阳学说,太极图的阴阳看似简单,实际是包罗万有的一种标志,以阴阳理论为基础,中国的武术前辈们经过终年累月的实践、研究创出了符合自身特色的,独具个人魅力的武术套路。Chinese traditional Wushu was formed in the agricultural civilization for thousands of years of history and has been widely disseminated by the routine,and the battle exercises to practice for the main content of Wushu.Chinese Wushu is based on the theory of Yin and Yang,and Tai Chi appears to be a simple map of the Yin and Yang,and all that is actually a sign.On the base of Yin and Yang in theory,Chinese Wushu predecessors after years of practice,research,created the Wushu routines with their own features and the creators' charm.
