摘　　要：随着人们对电能质量要求的提高,电压闪变的测量越来越引起人们的重视。本文首先简要介绍了电压闪变的定义及测量方法,而后具体分析数字滤波法在Matlab中的仿真和在DSP芯片TMS320VC33中的实现,结果表明这种算法对于周期性的正弦波波动引起的闪变测量比较准确。With the improvement of the requirement for electric power quality, the measurement of voltage flicker is more and more important. This paper briefly introduces its definition and measurement methods firstly, and then mostly analyses the Matlab simulation and DSP realization of TMS320VC33 as for digital filter method. The result indicates that this method is accurate for the flicker measurement resulted by periodic sine wave fluctuation.
