摘　　要：本文对近年出现的一类特种高效节能型永磁同步电动机——潜油永磁同步电动机作了较为详细的介绍,分析讨论了其基本原理及技术难点问题,并结合作者在该课题上的科研工作,针对普通潜油三相异步电动机永磁化改造中的问题,提出一些解决措施与办法。In this pape, we give a minuter introductions on one kinds of efficient and energy saving type PM synchronous motor (oil submersible PM synchronous motor) appearing recently. Introduce it's fundamental principle and analyse it's technical difficulties. According to author's relative researchs on this subject, we advance some specific measures and methods for problems on permanent magnetizing common oil submersible asynchronous motor.
