摘  要:针对球磨、立式辊磨等粉磨设备在应用绕线转子感应电动机进行拖动时所存在的一系列技术问题,本文提出电机转子回路无滑环碳刷不串电阻的变极谐波起动方案,并阐述了新型方案给粉磨设备带来的技术上的创新,达到了显著的节电效果。when grinding equipment such as ball grinder and vertical roll grinder are electrically dragged by coil-wound induction motors, many technical problems will appears. Aimed at giving satisfactory answers to these problems, the paper bring forwards a pole-changing harmonic starting project, that is there is no slide-rings, carbon brushes and resistance in motor rotor loop. The paper also expatiates that what technical innovation the new idea has bring up in grinding equipment and what a distinct energy-saving effect the new project has reached.
